Pastoral Ministry Information
Ministers of care, as members of Christ's body, visit the sick,
elderly and persons who are homebound or in nursing homes. They
show concern for them, pray with them and bring them the Sacrament
of Holy Communion each week. These Pastoral Care Ministers are
especially graced by God for this healing ministry. They are
trained and are commissioned by the priest and faith community.
Any parishioner who is unable to attend Mass and desires to
have the Holy Eucharist brought to them weekly, please contact
the Rectory at 725-1527.
